Organizational culture sets the tone for the teaching and learning environment in an educational institution. Organizational culture is essential for fostering professional growth, innovation, and effective educational practices. Subsequently, teacher leadership empowers teachers to contribute to their expertise, drive positive changes, and inspire their students. Supportive organizational culture promotes collaboration, teamwork, and a sense of ownership among teachers as leaders. This calls researchers to study the impact organizations have in fostering teacher leadership roles. For the current research, the participants were the teachers of a women 's-only college in Lahore. Snowball sampling was used to collect data from employees who have served the institution for more than 5 years, using a self-developed organizational culture and teacher leadership questionnaire. The results highlighted that fostering positive organizational culture and empowering teacher leadership practices help in creating an innovative and successful educational environment. The research has indicated that by nurturing teacher leadership and fostering positive organizational culture, educational organizations can create an environment that nurtures innovation, competitiveness, social responsibility, supportiveness, and overall quality of education.
